Every frame gets a QR sticker and a history of its own. Scan a racquet and see what string went in, at what tension, and when — even when a customer owns three identical ones.
Per-racquet history
A racquet is a physical frame, not a model name. Three matching Head Speed MP Pros stay three separate records, each with its own code, so you know which one broke a main in three weeks and which one didn't.
String inventory
Brand, type, gauge, composition and colour, with reels and sets counted separately. Set a low-stock threshold and the dashboard tells you before you're mid-job and out of poly.
Customer defaults
Preferred string, tension, hybrid setup and ratings on file. Recording a repeat restring prefills from the last time you strung that exact frame, so it's mostly just pressing save.
QR stickers
Print to a label printer and stick one in the throat. Scanning shows the frame's stringing history and nothing that identifies its owner — safe to have sitting in a bag at a tournament.
About the beta
RacqTrack is built by a stringer for stringers, and it runs a real shop rather than a demo — it gets used on actual racquets on actual deadlines, which is why it's short on features nobody needed and reasonably solid on the ones we did.
It's a good fit if you string for a team, a club, or out of your garage, and you're tired of a notebook that can't tell you what tension someone liked last spring. It's an early beta: expect rough edges, expect things to change, and expect us to actually read what you tell us.
